Terms of Service
These are baseline SaaS terms for BAIR Platform and should be treated as draft public terms until reviewed and approved for customer use.
Account responsibility
Customers are responsible for their users, access decisions, workspace activity, and the accuracy of information they submit.
Acceptable use
The service must not be used for unlawful activity, security abuse, rights infringement, malicious content, or attempts to bypass platform controls.
Customer content
Customers retain responsibility for their content. BAIR needs the rights required to host, process, secure, support, and operate the service.
Availability
The public status page will describe service availability. Formal service levels should be handled in customer agreements when offered.
Liability
Liability, warranties, payment terms, termination, and dispute terms should be finalised in reviewed commercial terms before broad launch.
